Who is this tecgirl?
I'm Robin Jean Andersen, welcome to my website. I've been on the web since 1998, and actively blogging since 2001.

I'm a photographer, a full-time art student, a bartender and VIP hostess, a model, a film/videographer, and an EMT.
I am also really into traveling around the world, martial arts, snowboarding, riding my '78 Vespa P200, MAC make-up, all kinds of music, watching movies, and meeting new interesting people.
I was raised in Sacramento and have since lived in Citrus Heights and Santa Cruz. I am frequently in Los Angeles, with random trips to Vancouver and New York City. I also really dig Paris. I currently live, work, and study in San Francisco. I've sold Vespa scooters, skate/snow gear. I've worked for a dot-com - as a graphic designer, they paid me Phat cash and then layed the whole company off. I've even worked for the California Department of Corrections. I helped pay the bills. They still buy balls & chains.
I've changed my major from Graphic Design to Film to Photography, thus keeping me in college while working two jobs part-time. I have a wonderful family, a fabulous boyfriend, fantastic supportive friends, and a small silver tabby named Haley.
Things I love: Photography, Art, Music, Film, Global Travel, Technology (computers, the web, gadgets, gear, and the like - hence TECGIRL sans the H), Corsets, Fetish and Pin-Up Models, Strippers, Go-Go Dancers, living by the ocean, lots of Sunshine, The 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, and early 60's, High-class Porn, Museums, Painters, Sculptors, other Photographers, Art Galleries, Vespas and Lambrettas, Burning Man and the Vogons, Karel (on KGO), Video Games, Dark Chocolate, Kung-Fu, Snowboarding, and my super sexy boyfriend.
Things I hate: Racism, Sexism, Brussel Sprouts, Bad Drivers, Bad Tippers, and anyone ignorant enough to think that the world revolves around them.
